The hotel has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located, but we faced some issues with our rooms initially. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant overall. Although the dining options could use some improvement, especially with timing, we enjoyed the amenities during our stay.

We had a bit of a rocky start with our rooms since the telephone didn't work in the first one, the electricity was out in the second, and the door wouldn't open in the third. However, everything was sorted out quickly, and they were clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and always went above and beyond to help us. Special thanks to Olga at reception and the entertainment team, Spaghetti and Bob, for their friendliness. Housekeeping was diligent and kept our area tidy, making our stay more enjoyable.
